Return and Cancellation Policy

  1. Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date you receive your product. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging.
  3. Please note that variations in product appearance may occur due to differences in monitor settings and lighting. Therefore, minor discrepancies in color or texture compared to website images are not grounds for return.
  4. Refunds are not available for personalized items, sale items, or free gifts unless the product is damaged, or you received the incorrect item. Please note that this exception does not apply to chains.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that all order details are accurate when placing your order.

Steps to Return a Product

  1. Unboxing Video:
    • Upon receipt of the product, please record an unboxing video to capture the condition of the item and its packaging. Keep all tags intact.
    • This video serves as proof of the product’s state upon arrival.
    • Note: Claims may not be honored if there is insufficient evidence or signs of tampering with the package. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
  2. Initiate Return:
    • Contact our Customer Service team by email at support@krishnagift.com or via WhatsApp at +91-9970933669 to begin the return process.
  3. Prepare the Return:
    • Return the item in its original condition, complete with all accessories, tags, and documentation, in our packaging. The item must be unused and undamaged.
  4. Schedule Reverse Pickup:
    • We will arrange for a shipping company to pick up the product from your location.
    • Please be available at the scheduled pickup time and respond to calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or cannot answer calls, the reverse pickup may be cancelled, resulting in delays.
  5. Complete the Pickup:
    • Hand the return package to the shipping company representative.
    • Make sure the package is securely sealed and properly labelled for return.
  6. Confirmation:
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
  7. Refund or Exchange:
    • After processing your return, you will receive a refund or exchange as requested.
    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 8 business days.
    • Incase of COD orders our team will reach out to you to confirm the mode of refund (UPI or Direct Bank transfer)

Important Notes:

  • In rare cases, some pin codes may not support reverse service. If this occurs, you may be asked to return the product via an alternate courier, such as India Post, and we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to Rs 70.
  • Charges beyond Rs 70 (e.g., return shipping, duties, taxes, fees) will be deducted from your refund.
  • For non-serviceable pin codes, customers are responsible for returning the product to our warehouse and will receive Rs 70 toward shipping costs with their refund.
  • Products purchased during special promotions, contests, clearance sales, or special schemes cannot be returned or replaced.
  • COD fees if applicable or Shipping fees if applicable will not be refunded.
